WI: Chris Farley hadnt died?

Ive been reading "The Chris Farley Show" lately, and it made me wonder, what if Chris Farley had cleaned himself up and never relapsed and died? I know already that Shrek (which he had done most of the voicework for already) may have been released sooner, and he also was planning on making a bio-pic about Fatty Arbuckle which if it had been a success he may have gone the jim carrey/robin williams route (can do comedy, but can also be an effective dramatic actor if needed as well).

Doom. Doom and despair reigning over all of the world. Butterflies from the delaying of his death would have resulted in a dystopic world beyond imagination.

Matt Foley

Chris was going to do a movie with his motivational speaker character from SNL, Matt Foley. David Spade was going to star in it. They may have kept doing more films together as well.

It's doubtful that he'd do either for a couple of reasons, though Cheney is actually less likely than Moore.

Darrell Hammond was already on Saturday Night Live as their go-to guy for any impressiion whatsoever towards the end of Farley's tenure on the show. By the time the Bush/Cheney ticket was in motion, Farley was already churning out crappy buddy comedies with David Spade, and had left Lorne Michaels and the gang far behind.

Also, Farley did a couple of impressions (every SNL member has one or two in his or her bag just in case), but he was better known as a purveyor of original characters. Any major role, such as Cheney, would be passed off to someone more adept at impression work even if Farley were still in the cast.

Michael Moore is a possibility if he were to guest host, but only as a one-time lark.
