WI Child Labor Amendment approved?

Considering that 1938 statute that banned child labor was upheld by the Supreme and has been the law of the land for 72 years and don't see anything being different.

There's no need for an amendment when a constitutionally-vetted law has been doing the same job for decades.

It's similar to the ERA and the 14th Amendment.
