WI: Charles XIII Survives Frederikshald

Could the Swedes survive should Chalres XIII survive the battle at Fredrikshald? Could Charles's amazing luck of the early battles come back? Or was the war unwinnable for the Swedes. Don't get me wrong I don't think that Sweden could, at least at the time Fredrikshald was occurring, win back its lost territories. However could the Swedes win a victory, rather than the crushing defeat that was dealt to them.

Do you mean Charles XII? Isn't there a theory (could be more) that his death was an assassination with the foreknowledge of his own government? I think that if he survives, even if he wins, he has to deal with that crap when he gets home.
