WI Charles VI of France dies in 1393?

In January 1393, Queen Isabeau de Baviere organised a party to celebrate the marriage of one of her ladies-in-waiting. The King and five other lords dressed up as wild men and danced about chained to one another. They were "in costumes of linen cloth sewn onto their bodies and soaked in resinous wax or pitch to hold a covering of frazzled hemp, so that they appeared shaggy & hairy from head to foot". In view of the obvious danger of fire, there was a ban on torches in the room. Nonetheless, the King's brother, Louis de Valois Duc d' Orleans, approached with a lighted torch, according to some accounts teasing the dancers with it. One of the dancers caught fire and there was panic. The Duchess de Berry, who recognized Charles, covered him with her dress and saved his life. Four of the other men perished. This incident became known as the Bal des Ardents (the "Ball of the Burning Men").
WI Charles VI died then? Who gets the throne? Would Henry V pressed his claim to the French Crown with another monarch in French throne?
How is that changing History? Any thoughts?

Well, his heir would be his brother Louis (the same who created all the problem), but I have no idea how it would affect French policies. IOTL Louis had a lot of troubles with the Duke of Burgundy, how would he deal with it as a king?

Wouldnt this lead to speculations of foul play? The nobility (especially his rival the Duke of Burgundy) would have accused him of setting up the accident to kill his brother and make himself King...

Well, if he is assassinated (as he was later IOTL) then under the Salic Law the king of France would be the descendent of Louis Duke of Anjou, who was Louis II, king of Naples.

A civil war in France following Charle's VI death would be a good pretext for the English King to invade and press his claims... But i doubt if Richard II would be willing to engage to war... The barons and his ambitious cousin Edward Bolingbroke would have seized the chance to depose him while Richard would be in France...
