WI: Charles Robert of Hungary's wife Beatrice of Luxembourg survives

What if Charles Robert of Hungary's wife Beatrice of Luxembourg survived giving childbirth with her child, what will happen to Poland and since there is no Polish-Hungarian alliance to save the rule of Wladyslaw the Elbowhigh in Poland and no Louis I of Hungary and Poland, what will happen?

The Polish-Hungarian alliance wasn't caused only by marriage of Elizabeth to Charles Robert. Actually, the marriage was a way to confirm that alliance. It's not that Charles Robert fell in love with Elizabeth and decided to change his foreign policy just to marry her. Poland and Hungary simply had a common enemy, John of Louxemburg. I agree that without the marriage the alliance would have been most probably weaker, but I still think that Charles Robert would have intervened (diplomatically) against Bohemian invasion of Poland in 1327. It was in his interest, after all.
