WI: Charles II married Le Grand Mademoiselle?

Nonsuch, being a Chambord rip-off basically, is the most likely candidate for renovation (its fate IRL is one of the tragedies of English architecture in my opinion), so an "English Chambord" will just require a little tweaking.
Will a Versailles rip-off be built from scratch or will it be a renovation of one of Tudor-era palaces is anybody's guess.

A Versailles "ripoff" as you called it, was actually started by Charles II in Winchester. It was called the King's House. Unfortunately, his successors lost interest in it and was later turned into a Barracks. So with enough money, we could see an earlier Palace, or even see Whitehall built into a magnificent fitting Palace, instead of a collection of buildings that didn't even go together halve the time.

The Winchester Palace is something I didn't know about, thank you for that. Can a New Whitehall be a part of London Renovation past 1666 (if something like OTL plague epidemics plus Great Fire happens)?

I think it could. The Plague would no doubt still happen (England had many bouts of plague over the centuries) and the fire, well it was an accident but another accident could still happen.
