WI Cecily of York marries Alexander Stewart?

In 1482 Princess Cecily of York daughter of Edward IV was betrothed to Alexander Stewart 1st Duke of Albany and younger brother of King James IV... (She was originally betrothed to James IV but this deal was unpopular amongst the Scots and the wedding was called off)
In OTL Alexander was killed in 1485 and the wedding never took place...
WI They were married indeed and they had issue? Could their descendants had a higher claim in the English and Scottish Crowns? Maybe an early union? Any thoughts?

Cecily of York.

It would complicate Henry VII's plans for Scotland. I don't know if there was much Yorkist support in Scotland. I assumed that most Scots supported the Lancastrians. On the other hand, Henry may still promote the marriage of his elder daughter Margaret to the Scottish king, and with his sister in law in Scotland, it may increase English influence in Scotland. What happens later, when the Tudor line dies out in the male line in England is hard to access. It may be that the Yorkist cause is considered lost by this time.
