WI: CBS becomes the "superhero network"?

While on TVTropes the other day, I found this little tidbit from the "Screwed by the Network" page.

CBS in 1979 cancelled Wonder Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man and never went forward on the Doctor Strange and Captain America pilots not because their ratings were poor because they didn't want to be seen as "The Super Hero Network." Only The Incredible Hulk, survived.

What if instead of running away from the idea, they embraced it instead?

Hard to know, maybe some series like Dukes of Hazzard, Dallas could had aired on ABC or NBC instead. All in the Family/Archie's Bunker Place could had been cancelled earlier or move to ABC or NBC.

That reminds me of another topic about what if CBS didn't made the "rural purge" in 1970-71?

Come to think of it, we could go a step further and wondering WI CBS decided to be both the "Rural network" and "Superhero network"? :D
