Basic premise: In 1510 Catherine of Aragon went into labour and give birth to a stillborn daughter, and after was told she was still pregnant with it's twin (this was in fact an infection that later subsided). Instead, however, I would have her give actually give birth to a healthy daughter in March on the 24th, named Catherine for her mother and the Saint who's day she was born on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_of_Vadstena. Other pregnancies go as OTL and in 1524 Henry has not one but 2 daughters to deal with. Sometime between 1524 and 1530 he marries his eldest daughter to James V of Scotland as a sort of contingency plan if Anne Boleyn doesn't work out.

Major changes:
  • Catherine of Aragon agrees to enter a convent in 1529, at the prompting of her eldest daughter, who will lose her chance at a marriage to the King of Scotland if the issue is pushed further.
  • Henry VIII, in 1536, finds the church allow him an annulment from Anne Boleyn after her gynecological failure, with their only child being an Elizabeth Tudor.
  • Madeleine de Valois marries Henry VIII instead of James V. This happens later and thus she gets a few years more, though still dies a teenaged girl.
  • James V of Scotland, though he hates his wife as the final oppression by his regency, does better than OTL with 2 surviving children. Alexander, named for his ancestors and the Great General, and Mary Stewart, named for her aunt.
  • Mary Tudor, meanwhile, has no meaningful betrothals during this time. The match to Francis, Dauphin of France and Duke of Brittany falls through due to a number of issues with the dowry (France wanted Calais) and thus her prospects looked dim. There was talk in 1540 of her marrying the recently widowed Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor and in 1546 of her marrying his recently widowed son, neither of which went through. Francis I of France attempted to marry her in his widowerhood, to no effect. In 1546, anticipating his death, Henry VIII have her the lands associated with Pembroke in order to prepare her to be financially independant come his death. The two share a better relationship OTL, with there being less reason for friction between the two, though Mary is uncomfortable with her father's separation of Anne Boleyn after her mother gave up their marriage for that specific match. However, she maintains
  • Obviously this isn't the OTL Elizabeth. This one is similar but has faced different issues, growing up in her own mother's household after her parent's separation. This was part of the deal agreed to by Anne Boleyn to ensure an easy, scandal free separation. She even blesses her rival's child after her death.
  • Anne Boleyn spent her time as the King's former wife and Queen in some luxury, being given the lands and monies associated with the Dukedom of Gloucester, while not the title. Instead, the Lady Boleyn is known as "Her Lady the Princess' Mother", a roundabout way of not referring to her as the Queen and to acknowledge her daughter's legitimate status. There is talk of her marrying her former husband again in 1537 and again in 1543, after Jane Seymour dies and Anne of Cleves faces the same fate of the Lady Boleyn. However, both times Anne purposefully seems to move away from the court, allowing him to find new lady loves before allowing the man she use to be wedded to see her.
  • There is talk of betrothing Edward to his niece Mary Stewart, but at his death Henry VIII actually betrothed his son Frenchward's, to Elizabeth de Valois.
