WI: Casimir III of Poland has a son, continuing Piast dynasty

Around 1385.
I could see him marrying Casimir's daughter for baptism once the young king actually dies and the throne becomes vacant, but while Casimir II is still alive and it isn't 100% certain that he will die? At best, he could accept that marriage while remaining pagan - it wouldn't be unprecedented, after all, Casimir's first wife was also a pagan Lithuanian - and then baptise once becoming King of Poland becomes an actual possibility.

So what about this: Casimir II dies during marriage talks aged 16-17. There is no tradition of female inheritance ITTL without Louis d'Anjou on Polish throne but King's sister is his closest family and by proclaiming her heiress nobles could basicaly elect new king themselves choosing her husband, and Jogaila would be preffered option. This alternate Jadwiga would be marriageable (14-15 years old) when her brother dies.

You could also have Casimir give Poland to Jogaiła in his last will, under the condition he marries Jadwiga and converts, thus avoiding creating the precedence of election

Magnates of Lesser Poland already decided who'll sit on the throne. See what happened with Sigismund of Luxembourg and Wilhelm Habsburg-according to will of Louis d'Anjou one of them should be Polish king.
Jogaila would get Polish crown because magnates want him to be king, although it is good that king agree with them, Jogaila's road to the throne would be easier.

And he should be able to avoid giving too many priviledges to the nobility, as long as he manages to get a heir with TTL Jadwiga

Besides question of securing succession, there are other reasons to give priviledges to nobility, most important-need to impose new taxes and call pospolite ruszenie. IOTL Casimir IV has given priviledges in Cerekwica and Nieszawa without need to secure throne for his heir.

Meanwhile in Hungary... Would Louis really buy Red Ruthenia? Possible solution is: Louis takes Ruthenia, Casimir II is bethroted to one of his daughters and this daughter is given Ruthenia as dowry. So after death of Casimir II not only his sister but also his widow is attractive marriage option.

I was thinking recently about alternate first wife for Casimir the Great. IOTL he was bethroted to Bona of Luxembourg, daughter of John, King of Bohemia. This Piast-Luxembourg marriage was meant to solve issue of John's claims to Polish throne. John would ceede his rights to Bona, she'll marry Casimir and quarrel would be over. But after birth of his second son, John decided to keep his rights, because he wanted crown also for younger son, so bethrotal was broken in 1318 and John renounced his (already dubious) rights only after Casimir has paid him large sum of money . Ultimately Bona married John the Good, future King of France and had large brood of kids with him.
So if John of Luxembourg had only one son (say that would-be-Charles IV died as infant) it is possible that bethrotal would not be broken, Bona would marry Casimir (so no Aldona Anna) and had large brood of kids with him, not with John of France.

There are actually another brides without butterflying anyone Anne of Austria, Duchess of Bavaria and Agnes of Bohemia(the grand daughter of Premysl II via Queen Elizabeth Richeza)

Margaret of Luxembourg, Duchess of Bavaria, was candidate for Cas' second wife. So if she had better health and lived longer she could marry him and butterfly his disastrous marriage with Adelheid.

I think there was another possibility for Casimir to have a son. If he had not gone into this hunt in a result of he broke his leg, he might have still had a son with his last wife. So if he survived and lived some yars longer, even perhaps 10 longer (why not, his father died at age over 70), he could have still had kids with his last wife Hedwig of Żagań, his last daughter was born in 1369 or 1370 so still there was a chance for a son.

It is something I've already mentioned. If Casimir outlives Louis of Hungary question of Red Ruthenia would be solved.
Also about planed war with Bohemia to regain Silesia-birth of heir would make Polish-Hungarian relations worse, due to fact, that Louis could not gain Polish throne now. So Casimir would not have Hungarian support against Luxembourgs, thus he would need to abandon plans of war for Silesia. His main concern during his last years would be to secure succession.

Perhaps what is better for Casimir in later life is to have his grand daughter, Elizabeth to marry her cousin Louis of Hungary instead of trying to have a son in later life.

How? Louis was aleady married.
Generally if Piasts survived in male line for next few generations and there is no union with Lithuania Poland would propably achieve reconciliation with Teutonic Order. Conflict over Pomeralia was long history-not that important for magnates of Lesser Poland, who dominated Kingdom. Lithuanian raids were real pain in the ass for them, as result of these raids Polish lands east of Vistula river were devasted and depopulated. despite fertile soils, Lublin Uppland was almost uninhabitated. This was the main motivation for Polish supporters of the Union-to stop these raids, not to find ally against Teutonic Order (it was Lithuanian motivation). So if there is no union, there is great likehood for Polish-Teutonic alliance against Lithuania.

I mean Before his marriage with his OTL wife, Elizabeth of Bosnia, he can marry Elizabeth of Pomerania, Elizabeth of Bosnia can marry to a Serbian groom instead.
