Well, the British and Americans each had a Berlin Brigade.
The Canadians in West Germany had 4th Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group.
So...the Canadians would probably have less troops in Berlin right off the bat than the British or Americans. Maybe a battalion in Berlin and the 4CMBG in West Germany.
I think the more logical thing would be to split what we know of as the French Zone in half with half to the Canadians and half to the French in the immediate post-war period.
Personally, I think it'd make sense: yeah, the French are right there, but in 1945, who's got an Army and a Corps in Europe? The Canadians. They can roll into the Canadian Zone in 1945 with First Canadian Army and II Canadian Corps relatively quickly.
Now...1946 is going to be a completely different story, but in the immediate aftermath, Canada looks like the one to stick with.
