WI: Byzantine Emperor Leo II had lived?

There was an older thread made by Don Giorgio which brought up this question, but there were no posts, so I decided to make a new one.

In 474, barely ten months after the death of his grandfather, Leo I 'the Thracian', Leo II, Emperor of the Eastern Roman Empire, died aged seven. What if he had lived to adulthood? Would the same troubles which had plagued his parents, Zeno and Ariadne, still have occurred in the same way/at all? The only other point I can bring up is that the only marriage candidate I can see for him, despite a five-year age gap, is Anicia Juliana.

Any thoughts?

I'm afraid the problem with possible monarchs who die in childhood IOTL is that we do not know how how their reigns would play out.
