WI: Bulgaria with San Stefano borders

So, the Treaty of San Stefano was an agreement where Bulgaria would cover modern Bulgaria, plus Adrianople and Macedonia. Basically a Bulgarian nationalist's wet dream. This didn't go through, because Britain wanted to prop up the Sick Man of Europe against Russia and Austria, but what if it went the other way? I'm going to guess Greece wouldn't be happy, but it seems like this would avert the 2nd Balkan war because Serbia doesn't get claims on Macedonia. Does Macedonia ever become a thing? Do the Ottomans die sooner?

Everyone and their mother declares war on Bulgaria.

Yeah, Bulgaria takes the Ottoman's place in everyone's crosshairs.

For one, none of the Great Powers want to see Russia get a foothold in the Mediterranean, which Bulgaria will most definitely act as. The Ottomans and Greece will want their ancient lands back, Serbia doesn't want Greater Bulgaria on its border (especially because it means fighting over the Ottoman corpse) and Romania will feel undercompensated for their efforts against the Turks. Especially doesn't help that they get to be the center of the Balkans, that region famed for its internal stability /s. Bulgaria's going to end up as the Balkan Prussia much earlier. On the bright side, might lead to a Greco-Turkish rapprochement and not quite so much ethnic/religious violence if they're forced to work together against Bulgaria and Russia. After all, what brings people closer together than a scary common enemy?
