Probably a faster withdrawal of NATO forces from Afghanistan, with a smaller force left behind to keep the Taliban from retaking Kabul. Potentially less opposition to Britain's participation in the Iraq War than OTL, and British characters are portrayed much more positively by Hollywood for the next 10 years or so. Osama bin Laden obviously becomes a martyr in Al Qaeda's propaganda, but without his charisma, Al Qaeda quickly dwindles in influence. Depending on the exact timing, you might butterfly away some of Al Qaeda's attacks from 2002 onwards, including the London Underground bombings. An insurgency still develops in Iraq, but it doesn't use the Al Qaeda brand, and might have a stronger reliance on native Iraqis rather than foreign fighters.
