WI: British Empire became a Republic after the Revolutionary War?

Let's say that the British win the revolutionary war, and all of the forefathers are executed. Would there be a possibility within the next hundred years that their ideologies become a major driving power on the Isles?

...what?

We're not currently a republic.

Right... let me uh.. fix that. I got confused with multitasking something.
As corrected - well, they kind of did OTL. Which kind of ideology are you talking about? (The Founding Fathers were not a homogenous bunch, and changed over time.)

Most likely the republicanism ideal, my best guess is that it would lead to some sort of a constitutional monarchy, maybe the Prime Minister or Parliament having more power than in a regular one?

We are a constitutional monarchy, and have been since that time Parliament rejected the king and chose a new one. Or possibly the time they rejected the king and had him executed.

(Both of those pre-date the American Revolution - one by nearly 100 years, the other by about 130.)

Interesting cause most of the founding fathers ideas came from England, even the 2nd amendment is based on the English Bill of Rights

No. For lots of reasons. Republicanism is discredited in Britain by, firstly the Commonwealth, secondly the French Revolution (which is still likely to occur), and possibly thirdly by its failure in America.

For that matter, Republicanism wasn't what the colonists were fighting for. In fact, until fairly late (1775?) they were still loudly proclaiming their loyalty to King George.

Are you going to get Federalism of some sort? Sure. Are you going to get a faster expansion of the franchise? Probably. Are you going to get the King deposed? Nope. No way.
