WI: Brazil didn't became a republic in 1889

In November 15, 1889. The Marshall Deodoro da Fonseca along with military leaders of Brazil, leads a coup on the Empire and makes the country a Republic, creating the United States of Brazil.
If, for some reason, Brazil didn't become a Republic in 1889, how would it influence in the history of South America and the World, would the monarchy, under the rule of the Princess Isabel, survive to WWI and if so, survive to the Coffee Crisis in 1929 and the WWII?
