These are parts of Bohemia according the population after 16th Century
In OTL

Silesia
There are parts of Silesia with Polish Catholic majority and those areas are the areas near the border in Lower Silesia and in the country side in Upper Silesia and near the borders as well, it was once the area where the Polish Renaissance and Printing started, basically both the Catholic Poles and Protestant Poles wanna quit Bohemia which I think the Polish Monarchs know about but don't do anything about it but also the Catholic Poles support the Habsburgs but they are a minority compared to the Protestant Germans who dominate the cities and support Bohemia.

Lusatia
Catholic and Protestant Sorbs and Germans

Moravia and Bohemia
Hussite and Later Lutheran and later Atheist Czechs and Protestant Germans.

What if this scenario happens instead in the renaissance.

Silesia
Majority of it's population is Catholic and Polish which remains dominant with a minority of Protestant Poles and Protestant Germans remain a minority.

Lusatia
Catholic and Protestant Sorbs and Germans

Moravia and Bohemia
Hussite and Later Lutheran and later Atheist Czechs and Protestant Germans.

In this scenario with no common religion, is it possible for Bohemia to split in a two to three states ala belgium and Netherlands, I think the Polish majority successor state to Bohemia might likely join the PLC.
