WI: Bohemia makes Krakov as it's capital

With a POD of 900AD What if before the baptism of Mieszko I, Bohemian rule became strong in Krakovia and Silesia that a Bohemian duke decides to move his capital to Krakov, what will happen to Bohemia, what would be it's longterm effects to Bohemia and the Czechs.

Well, the Capital would be no longer in more or less centre of state, which had quite good strategical and political advantages..

Perhaps it can happen if Bohemia does not lose it's provinces north of Carpathians and Sudety and Bohemia and Hungary become allies ITTL and also if Bohemia wants to distance from Germany.
