What if Bloody Mary marries Antoine de Bourbon instead of Philip of Spain and bears a son, what would happen to England?

You'd have to butterfly away his marriage to Johanna of Navarre and thus Henry IV; you'd have to deal with the English crown yet again possessing significant landed estates in France; and you'd have to deal with significant possibility of an Anglo-French union as the Valois died out.

The marriage with Johanna is butterflied in the timeline where he marries Mary but the King of France is the one who marries Johanna.
