WI Black Death hit Europe 30 years later?

As I already mentioned in another thread, famines hit Europe more or less regularly from 1315 on. Since the Black Death greatly reduced the number of people, this would probable continue.

Further consequences?
- More Uprisings of peasants (Jacquerie) and/or beggars. I don't expect them to win necessarily, but it would have consequences nonetheless. Especially where people are already discontent. A Hussite-like revolution in Bohemia maybe?
- Delaying of mercantilism and capitalism; before the BD, barter was very common for most people.
- Maybe a later Renaissance, too.

Continue if you like...

Large famines hit Europe in the very early part of the 14thc with two decades of abnormal rain and cold beginning the Little Ice Age. Its been theorised that these weakened the population for the BD. So having it 30 years later might be an improvment, since the next famines were the somewhat lesser 'regular' famines. In any case, I don't think it would really make much difference.

*bump*

I did a bit research about medieval development of science and culture and found out this:

Before BD, some important development had already happened. Some people even call it the 12th century Renaissance. Although lesser known than its later counterpart (no wonder, since the latter had Michelangelo as a PR man ;) ), it was important, in fact: For the first time since centuries, people (albeit few) started to think less about heaven and more about earth; the philosophical school of the Nominalists won against the Realists, there were people like Albertus Magnus, Thomas of Aquin and Roger Bacon around, and that's not the end of it. When the BD hit Europe, people were too shocked - or had other things to do - that this promising development was hampered.

If the BD comes a generation later... I don't think it would be a super-change which could only happen if someone discovered the contagious nature of the BD, thus finding a way to stop it, but science could develop for 30 more years undisturbed. I wonder what could be invented next... since BD is still coming, there will be another dark valley for science, but this will be on a higher level...
