As I already mentioned in another thread, famines hit Europe more or less regularly from 1315 on. Since the Black Death greatly reduced the number of people, this would probable continue.
Further consequences?
- More Uprisings of peasants (Jacquerie) and/or beggars. I don't expect them to win necessarily, but it would have consequences nonetheless. Especially where people are already discontent. A Hussite-like revolution in Bohemia maybe?
- Delaying of mercantilism and capitalism; before the BD, barter was very common for most people.
- Maybe a later Renaissance, too.
