WI: Bismarck lives to 100?

Bismarck was out of office since 1890, though he kept trying to advice the emperor until his death, he most likely would try to advice Wilhelm in the weeks before ww1, but it's unlikely he would've heeded it.

ww1 was a complete fuck up, having Bismark around couldn't have hurt and may have prevented that farce(probably not though).

Bismarck seeing Germany fall into a two-front war - and failing to knock out France outright - and thereby witnessing the ultimate ruination of his life's work might have finished him off in 1914. Unless he were ga-ga long before that, of course.

I highly doubt our Iron Chancellior is going to be running much better than a rusted old jelopy at that advanced of an age with early 20th century medical care, especially give how heavily he drank and smoked. If he's still in office by some miracle, he'll never be able to keep pace with the crisis.
