The first and only Disney animated film to feature Marvel Comics characters, IOTL, the production team decided early on not to connect the film to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and to set it in a stand-alone universe instead. But what if they hadn't- what if the decision had been made for them by Disney's executives to tie Big Hero 6 in with the MCU? How different would it have been? Could it have potentially been more successful, or would it have been a flop?
