WI: Benjamin Harrison wins 1892

Some brief thoughts...

-Harrison might be able to sneak through a victory like he did in 1888, beating Cleveland not with the popular vote, but with electoral math. That would suck for ol' Grover :(

-Harrison likely oversees the annexation of Hawaii in 1893 provided he can get it past the Senate.

-I don't see him continuing to tout the Sherman Silver Purchase act in the face of the depression, so I think that's going to follow a similar course as OTL and revert to the Gold Standard.

-The Lodge bill might see the light of day.

-Would the GOP benefit in the same way as OTL in the mid term election of 1894? If so, Harrison's going to have some considerable sway in terms of legislation and judicial appointments.

-If Harrison can get control of Congress he might be able to place 2 more judges on the Supreme court which could make Plessy v. Ferguson very different or at the very least, more contentious.
