WI: Benjamin Franklin's Worst Nightmare

Hi, I'm new to these forums, although I've watched and worshipped the map threads as a guest for the past year. I decided it was time to join and try my hands as speculating what ifs and being interested in history are two hobbies of mine--and did I mention I love historical atlases. Anyway, this is my first attempt at trying to get a timeline going:

Idea: What if Benjamin Franklin's worst nightmare for Pennsylvania came true?

"Why should the Palatine Boors be suffered to swarm into our settlements, and by herding together establish their language and manners to the exclusion of ours ? Why should Pennsylvania, founded by the English, become a Colony of Aliens, who will shortly be so numerous as to Germanize us instead of our Anglifying them, and will never adopt our Language or Customs, any more than they can acquire our Complexion." -- Observations Concerning the Increase of Mankind, 1751

Essentially I wondered what could possibly bring about increased levels of Germans into Pennsylvania. I wondered what would allow the English Pennsylvanians to allow this to happen without making them sign loyalty forms to the British Crown. I then wondered what would happen if the English settlers were desperate enough to allow more Germans to enter the commonwealth without forcing them to sign loyalty documents. I then returned to an idea I had a while ago:

What if the Lenape rejected the Walking Purchase--on the basis that the settlers sent three runners up the Delaware River not three walkers, and threw the early commonwealth into a full-out war, causing Pennsylvanians to accept as many immigrants as possible to fight the Lennai Lenape. German immigrants would be promised large tracts of land as reward for fighting in this Lenape War. Eventually I imagined the war would end with a Pennsylvania victory and a much larger German-speaking population than had been there in the OTL. As the commonwealth cools, the larger German population threatens the English settlers sense of culture, like they had in the OTL, and in a moment of incensed stupidity and xenophobia, they burn Germantown in an attempt to cleanse the Philadelphia region of Germans. This would result in the German speaking populace pulling away from the commonwealth, forming smaller German-based nations, splitting the commonwealth into smaller nations. Seeing the Germans occupying the English, the Welsh settlers of Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties form together their own Welsh speaking nation, and in a land grab, overtake Delaware. The English Commonwealth is restricted to the Greater Philadelphia Region. Outside of this small region, German speaking nations spand over the rest of the Pennsylvania landscape.

Here's a map of this Pennsylvania (forgive any quality issues, I only have MS Paint):

Now, how this will affect the history of the continent? Here's my ponderings:

Due to the fact that the Keystone State no longer exists, the United States does not form. Instead colonies form into four smaller countries:

Dominion of New England
(Southern) Confederation -- can't think of a name for these guys
Quebec
(Mid-Atlantic) Alliance -- can't think of a name here either

Dominion of New England: Including Newfoundland, St John's Island (Prince Edward Island), Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire (incl. VT), Connecticut, New Haven, Long Island, and Rhode Island.

A mid-atlantic alliance forms: New Holland (Dutch hold on to NH longer, but still eventually trade it for Carribean islands), New Jersey, Welsh Republic of Delaware, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The German states are neutral, but are more friendly to Quebec than the surrounding English Alliances. They mostly remain independent and isolated and try to keep out of larger affairs.

Southern Confederation of states forms: Maryland, Virginia (WVA & KY incl.), North Carolina (TN incl.), South Carolina, Georgia (Miss. & AL incl.), East Florida, West Florida, and the Bahamas.

Quebec rebells as well and later has the following provines: Labrador, Iroqouis (western NY), Ontario, Illinois (OH & IN incl.), Wisconsin (Northeast MN & upper pen. of MI incl.), and Michigan (lower pen. only).
