WI: Benjamin Disraeli's Government re-elected in 1880

As the title suggests, what would be the ramifications of Benjamin Disraeli and the Conservatives winning the 1880 general election? Who would have succeeded Disraeli as Prime Minister when he passed away in 1881? What would have happened to Gladstone, who would have been defeated twice in this timeline?

The Conservatives need to find a rhetorical ace among their Commons candidates who can lead where the peers have stepped back from.

Maybe Randolph Churchill can emerge somewhat earlier as a national figure?
