WI Battle pf Pharsalus ends withCaesar, Pompeii, and Antony dying

So sy that in this important battle. Caesar dies due to a stray arrow Antony gets cut down, and likewise Pompey also meets his end. Caesars legions still defeat Pompeis but now Caesar is dead.
With Caesar, Pompei, and Antony dead what direction does the Roman republic take. How does this change roman history.

Caesarian army is effectively leaderless and will dissolve to highest bidder. Stand off between Cicero and the sons of Pompey. Suspect the sons of Pompey will prevail and Cicero will be executed after ensuring the last of the Caesarian faction are eliminated through the Senate

Rome still becomes a pseudo-Monarchy until the Emperors are strong enough to proclaim the Empire openly

but who will become emperor?

I think Cicero might have a better shot, since many might turn to him in the hope of either stability or that of being on the winning side. Given his old age and the instability of the Republic, another civil war is inevitable, where the Ptolemies might just tip the scales in favor of one general or another.

Then again, some senior figure within the Caesarian army might rise to prominence right then and there and then march on Rome following Pharsalus.

You've spelled Pompey differently four separate times, you do realise? :p

As for what happens, several important figures are still alive and kicking- Cato the Younger, Metellus Scipio, Decimus Brutus, Pompey's sons Gnaeus and Sextus, Marcus Lepidus and Cicero, to name but a few. The Republic staggers on for a bit longer, before collapsing to someone else.
