WI: Basil Zaharoff dies in 1900

Suppose Basil Zaharoff, GCB, GBE, was killed in an accident--let us say a fireworks malfunction on 5 November 1900--rather than dying on 27 November 1936 as in OTL. How would the early death of the man who probably stood as the apogee of British capitalism in early 20th Century affect the rest of the twentieth century?

I can imagine two minor butterflies: that Shaw's Major Barbara is not written and that Grace Kelley marries an American celebrity--may Bill Holden.

Interesting POD since there is very little that actually is any clue to what exactly Zharoff did, at least in the last 25 years of his life. There certainly needs to be an updated biography of him. His actions certainly influenced wars and, to some degree, certain weapon development.
