The Bantu migrations were one of the most important events in the history of Africa, with people originating from West Africa migrating south and east and replacing the native inhabitants of these region. However, at this time North Africa was not as desolate as today, and while the days of the Green Sahara was long gone at this point, it still could perhaps support a migration north. So, what if the Bantu migrated north instead of south?
IMO, this would lead to a variety of interesting changes in the layout of ancient polities in Europe and North Africa. The Phoenecians would be the first people to be encountered by these newcomers, who perhaps would find a lot of valuable trade opportunities that could lead to a shift into Europe/North Africa earlier than Pygmalion's shift in the 800's bc.
