WI: Axis Spain, Non-Unified China and a South American Theatre in World War Two?

How plausible is it to have both a South American Theatre (belligerents contained below), a non-unified China and an Axis Spain in World War Two? Both are possible on their own as far as I have read, but can they all occur in the same TL?

A non-unified China would be a scenario where the Xi'an incident never happened, and the Sino-Japanese front of WW2 ended up in a fuckfest of confusion as three players fought each other, with the Americans not knowing who to side with.

An Axis Spain could occur when the threat of Nazi-Occupied France and guilt from their (Italy and Nazi Germany) major role in assisting the revolution could make Francisco Franco agree to assist in the North African campaign.

A South American Axis has been discussed quite a bit on this forum and their are a bunch of good TLs on it. From what I've gathered, an Allied Victory is almost guaranteed because of Brazil (though it could be made fascist and more Axis-leaning with an earlier POD), but the most likely Axis participants are as follows:

  • Argentina
  • El Salvador
  • Bolivia
  • Paraguay
As we can see an unimpressive lineup, but a lineup nonetheless (Are there any more possible Latin Axis members?).

So, my question is, are each of these possible together? (or even on their own?). Or are the butterflies to strong? Also, are their any other ways to make World War Two larger?

Can we talk about a unified China during WWII? In any case, the USA will assist the enemies of Japan.

As for Spain, I'm not sure there is a plausible POD. They came out of the civil war exhausted, with outdated armaments and an economy in shambles. Spain was in no position to engage in such a destructive endeavor.

Countries joining the Axis in South America is out of the question. What people often ignore is that the Argentine government during the early years of WWII was aligned with the United Kingdom and it didn't enter the war because the British preferred a neutral Argentina. And whatever leanings Farrell had once he seized power due a coup in 1943... well, it was 1943 already. He was certainly not going to declare war on the Axis.
The closest to a front there I can imagine is if the Graff Spee, for some reason, ends up engaging the Argentine or Brazilian navies and in either case, you have either country joining the war against Germany.

So does mean an ununified China is the only plausible one?

How about an earlier civil war/earlier victory to give a bit of time to recover. Is that at all possible?
