WI: Axis Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

What if the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg joined the Axis?

Make up whatever reason you want for the why. What would the military effects be though? Could the allies still win in the end?

Netherlands - possible with either an Axis or Allied China, if Japan is Axis though, then Dutch operations would need to be completely unfettered and the Dutch promised say Indochina.
Belgium - virtually no way after the Rape of Belgium, but the resources of the Belgian Congo would be useful.
Luxembourg - So? They're a postage stamp in terms of military significance.

The Allies could and definitely would still win in this scenario. If Belgium's Axis or even leaning that way, then the Maginot line reaches the Channel AND if it doesn't reach there, the French will be far more prepared for a Belgium-based attack. With the Dutch, the biggest question is how willing they are to sell oil to the Japanese in exchange for keeping a free hand and how willing are the British to let them do that?

Post-war, it will bite hard for these guys, as not only will they lose their colonies, but they'll also face the justice of the Western Allies, especially if perfidy against England was involved on the part of the Dutch.
