WI: Austrian part of the Polish partition attached to Bohemia

My POD is no Silesian Wars..
Since parts of Poland were already in the Crown of Bohemia, which is Silesia and Bohemia had a claim to the Polish throne, is it possible to increase the Polish lands ruled under the Crown of Bohemia, Austria gets Lesser Poland, Parts of Greater Poland, West Ukraine and are attached to Bohemia but northern part of Greater Poland goes to Prussia like in OTL..

What would be the Consequences of that.

Bohemian claims to Polish throne were long gone at the time of partitions. I do not think joining Austrian part of Poland to Bohemia would have changed that much.

Would this be including the areas ceded to Russia? Also, they could call the whole area Slavia and have it be symbolically be split between Lech, Czech, and Rus, the legendary brothers and fathers of the whole kicking caboodle. Slovakia might be an issue, though it could be broken off at the inevitable Magyar revolt, unless they are too scared to try.

Yes it would include some areas that are in OTL annexed to Russia and it includes Czestochowa as well.

I think this is possible if Poland-Lithuania collapses.

Wouldn't it be better for Austria to set up completely new territories without any "traditional" rights or privileges whatsoever who come in the line of absolute Hapsburg powers? And a higher number of small ones so that the only binding link is the crown?

Would there even be any partitions of Poland without the Silesian wars?

This.

The Partitions probably would not happen.

The Silesian Wars were key to the career of Frederick the Great of Prussia, who was the main instigator behind the partition of Poland. Russia had no real need to partition Poland, since by that time Poland was firmly in Russia's pocket.

Despite its vast territorial gains during the partition, Russia lost out.

With Prussia losing the Silesian wars, Frederick the Great's career is cut short. If I'm not mistaken, he almost committed suicided at certain points. A Prussia that lost the Silesian wars would be a devestated wreck incapable of initiating the partition Poland.

I don't think that's possible. Bohemia was part of HRE, Poland wasn't. I can't think of a single case of Imperial borders being expanded in post-medieval era.
