WI: Austria intervened in the American Revolutionary War

During the American Revolutionary War, the British asked the Austrians to attack France in order to distract the French from the war in America. However, the Austrians refused the offer, as it made little sense strategically or diplomatically. How would the war have turned out differently if Austria was able to get France bogged down in a German war? Or, if the Austrians still refused, could they perhaps be convinced to attack the French-allied Dutch? After all, the year after the war ended they fought them in a quasi-conflict known as the "Kettle War."

I like that for ONCE Austria did not allow GB to play it for a fool. Would have been disastrous for Austria. Wouldn’t Prussia and Russia prevent any balance of power advantage accruing to Austria?

Only way per se to have this is British support of Austria during the Plum Fuss, such to an extent that France gets distracted enough to attempt to intervene.
Brits could help break FTG's alliance of princes that opposed Austria. Next Brits make a public display of their support in an attempt to goad the French, possibly involve Savoy for a distraction on the Italian Front prior to the Spanish intervention.
