WI Australian Labor keeps Rudd in 2010

What if Kevin Rudd had not been deposed in 2010 by Julia Gillard? Let's say that the mining tax is still introduced and there are no significant changes to Rudd's premiership beforehand. what would be the effects? Would Rudd's Labor win the 2010 election with a majority, end up just like Gillard or be routed and replaced by Tony Abbott? What if?

Gillard did not get a majority in 2010. The key event to change IMHO would be the Carbon tax. Make that either go away or be accepted then you keep Rudd & you would get a Labor majority in 2010

Judging by the polls, you seem to be correct. What would a Rudd majority government be like?

I thought I remember JuliaG knifed KRudd because he was highly unpopular. So if KRudd stayed in Abbot might have won in 2010.
