This decisive defeat in OTL doomed them. But what if the fate of the battle had been reversed? Would it be enough to win the Peloponnesian War, or was it too late?

Even defeating 75% of the enemy ships (unlikely, usually the other side can row away when things go pear shaped) and losing none of their own, the other side would have a quantity advantage in ships over the whole sea. The Athenians might retain a quality advantage and superiority in force concentration since their enemy at that battle was the only concentrated fleet. This might make things more favorable, but a victory is unlikely but perhaps they can hope to hold off for a stalemate and a settlement (maybe slightly favoring the Peloponnesians) like the 446 BC peace
