WI: Anne Boleyn becomes the mistress of Charles V

WI: Anne Boleyn becomes the mistress of Charles V, how would that effect the history of Europe?

As I remember that Anne Boleyn was in the same court as his..

No, she was at Margaret's court, not at Charles', and she served there until she was ~12, much too young to be Charles' mistress. As Francis I's mistress, on the other hand...

Must admit, I've always been curious as to how her life would've played out with no Henry. She seems to have held a lifelong affection for France, so I've always wondered how high she might've climbed in Paris - although, I do also recall that Mary Tudor the Elder disliked her intensely, and Queen Claude was not her biggest fan due to her sister's shenanigans with the king, however, Marguerite d'Angoulême and Renée de France remembered her more fondly.

On the off chance she does (age differance), then she stays as just a mistress with nothing special about her.

Anne is about the same age of Charles, likely a little younger. He is born in 1500, her parents likely married around 1498 so if she is the oldest children (and likely her sister Mary was older than her) she will be born in 1499 (likely Mary was the firstborn so her birthdate will be between 1500 and 1507). If she was not included in the maids of honour of Mary Tudor, queen of France she will likely stay some more years at the court of Margaret of Austria and will likely interact with her mistress nephew and nieces (Eleanor, Isabel and Mary) and maybe becoming a maid of honor of one of the princesses.
