WI: Andrew Jackson dies at Horseshoe Bend

I was wondering what the effects of Jackson's early death would be. Lets say he dies mid battle, and the Creek War continues longer than OTL. What does the US look like without Jackson's presidency, and more immediately without Jackson at New Orleans?

New Orleans wasnt too important beyond the PR front (battles tend to have lacklustre effects when the war they are fought for is over). The biggest effect its gonna have is on the native population east of the Mississippi and on the Bank of The United States.

Do you think there might be no trail of tears with say Clay or Adams in the presidency?

I wonder what effect the 'Five Civilized Tribes' will have on the US given a president that might be more inclined to agree with the Supreme Court.

In the very least it wont be a federal effort and may only push them over one or two state lines. I suspect there will still be attempts to remove them by southern whites who want the land but there will be less force and organization behind it.
