WI: An alternate NSDAP?

How could Weimar Germany not fall to the NSDAP, but maybe have a National Conservative leadership? A WWII Era Germany that was right wing but not Nazi? I was thinking either a early win for the DNVP against Ebert, a late win for the Harzburger Front, or a victorious Kapp Putsch. I also think a Posadowsky-Wehner presidency would have interesting effects.

Well, if you can keep the DNVP together, maybe a bit more vocal in their anti red slogans? Still in the Tirpitz years the DNVP could be interesting. I dont think we can see him as either Chancelor or President but he would have a influence.
In otl Westarp was willing to back a Zentrum president if a electoral pact could be establishd with the DVP; BVP and Zentrum. The radical protestants in the DVNP would not be happy about this and they might defect to the Deutschvölkische Freiheitspartei (DVFP). In otl westarp knew of this but considered it worth the price. Not sure how Hugenberg will react.
Also this might split the DVP between the pro and anti Stresseman wings. But this might just give the right the Presidency and no Hindenburg.

I could see an alternate Harzburger Front consisted of Westarp, Hugenburg, and Hitler. We have Zentrum, the DVP, the DNVP, the BVP, and the NSDAP forming into a major right-wing party after the 1928 elections. The new Nationalen deutschen Konservativen Volkspartei (NKV) could have a strong chance if they field the right candidates.

You wont get that coalition into being unless something dramatic happens, too many conflicting views and interests. The BVP and Zentrum will drive of the radical protestants from he DNVP, Stressman is a issue for working with the DVP.

Westarp and the proper conservatives left the DNVP when Hungenberg pushed the party to the right in OTL.

What about a alternate Kapp Putsch scenario where the Black Reichswehr and legitimate Reichswehr put down the general strike? Or where the strike is called by the KPD and ignored?
