WI American Colonies Revolt in 1763?

Will this make any affects as per the wars outcome (in Europe I mean). Will America get independance?

Sorry, but its too early for revolution. The first seeds of it were just being planted in the mid 1760s. The mood, the momentum and the agitation won't sprout, let alone ripen for several years yet. At this point in history, few in the colonies has revolution on their minds. Even outspoken critics of the government in London, like James Otis, were loyal to the crown and just wanted to be treated fairly. That said, IMO, a 1763 revolution in the North American colonies will be localized - New England probably- and will fail. It will have little impact on the French and Indian War or on the wider Seven Years War. It might, however, result in Chief Pontiac and company being more successful, as some British troops might be recalled from the frontier to quell the uprising; but that's about it.

Ok, so let's assume there's an earlier POD and a 1763 revolt makes sense:

It will probably fail, but isn't guaranteed to. We're way out in Butterfly Land here, so it's hard to predict, but the colonies will have undergone 12 less years of population increase, mercantile development, etc. Not a whole lot, but it could still be crucial. France will still be smarting from its loss in the Seven Years War and probably far less willing to go to war against the British. On the other hand, should the revolt really pick up steam, the Canadiens would probably be more likely to join in than in OTL, which could make a difference, as well as possibly drag France back into it.

In 1763 outside of some handful of malcontents in Boston no one wants trouble with Mother England. Whitehall would to go batshit insane in terms of colonial policy. It took a full dozen years of misrule before the shooting started. As Lafayette told Rochambeau: "After 150 years of virtually ignoring their colonies, the British decided to run the colonies directly from London."

You need a very early POD.

I would agree that 1763 is too early without an earlier POD. Make it around 1769 and a LOT more heavy handedness on the part of Royal Authorities and you might get an earlier revolt.
