I did a search for this one and I couldn't find it. So:
We've all seen countless WI's where the Axis/Nazis win WWII. But how about this: with POD(s) no earlier than 1 January 1935, how could the Allies have won the war faster and/or with fewer casualties on their side?
Off the top of my head I can think of two possibilities: 1. a failed Unternehmen Seelöwe: Hitler decides that trying to invade the British Isles in the teeth of the Royal Navy is a really really great idea....with predictable results; 2. Stalin decides that the warnings he is getting from his intelligence agencies is accurate and takes the required steps to prepare for Hitler's Barbarossa. But surely there's more than just those! Par exemple, we're always hearing about the ME-262 and the V-2, but what toys did the Allies have that could have been realistically implemented or entered service earlier to bring victory faster?
