WI Alfred Landon wins in 1936?

I can't think of any plausable scenerio that has Landon win in '36 since FDR won by one of the largest landslides in American presidential election history, but let's just say he is able to win, by whatever means. How would this effect history? Would it butterfly a lot of things away and could he get reelected? I would think Wendell Wilkie would have a great shot at winning as the Democratic nominee in 1940 (Wilkie was a Democrat until 1939 and he supported many of FDRs policies).

Maybe FDR is implicated in the assassination of Huey Long ?

Well the reason why he gets into office isn't as important as the differences that would occur if he was in office and the changes that would bring.
