WI: Alfonso XIII assassinated in 1906?

In OTL Mateu Morral, a Spanish anarchist attempted to assassinate the Spanish King and his wife on their wedding day on May 31st, 1906. His bomb didn't kill the King or his wife, but did kill close to 30 people. It was a bomb thrown at the passing royal carriage. So, if Alfonso the 13th and his wife, Victoria Eugenia had died in 1906, what would have changed in Spanish and world history? Who would succeed the throne of Spain?

Among others, the future George V of the UK and Queen Mary, and the Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand were guests at the wedding. So what happens depends very much on if the assassination occurs as in the OTL during the procession, or if it happens in the Church itself.

Would it be possible for the bomber to make his way into the church? He apparently had the bomb in a flower bouquet. So if he had thrown at the foot of the church and it had landed as they exited that would have had more of an affect on its but for the sake of the POD say it was during the procession, were there any other Head of state in the carriage with Alfonso and his wife?

All-knowing Wik says that the heir presumptive was Alfonso, the eldest son of Alfonso XIII's oldest sister, Maria de las Mercedes. He is 5 when his uncle is killed in TTL.
