WI/AHC: Prussia retains Third Partition lands

After its defeat in 1806, Prussia lost almost all the lands it had gained in the Second and Third Partitions of Poland.

The Congress of Vienna would see Prussia regain much of its Second Partition lands, but the Prussian portion of the Third Partition went to Russia.

In exchange, Prussia received Westphalia & the Rhineland.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to craft a situation, with a POD after the Treaty of Tilsit, wherein Prussia regains the entire of its 2nd and 3rd Partition lands at the Congress of Vienna.

If Prussia would retain the lands of the 3rd partition, so would Austria. But Poland was the prize the Russians requested for their contribute in defeating Nappy. So I don't see what else the Prussians can offer to Alexander to respect the borders post third partition.

Napoleon dies or gets killed at or before Wagram. Austria retains her share of the 3rd Partition, which makes it geographically all but impossible for The Prussian share to go to Russia. I suppose it's conceivable that Austria might want it, but most likely it just reverts to Prussia.

I think that, more broadly, you need a situation where Russia doesn't participate in Napoleon's defeat.
