WI/AHC: Alternate partition of Germany and Austria

IOTL there were many plan to divide Germany after WW2, some wanted it completely balkanized, other divided by neighbouring countries etc. At the end however both Austria and Germany were divided in 4 included the 2 capitals and outside the East the borders of Germany were left mostly untouched. So the scenario I want to present is what if Germany and Austria were divided in 3-4 country and Denmark and Netherlands gain something from it while in the east Germany(or better Saxony-Elbia) retains half of Silesia and Pomerania?
There would be still 4 zone of occupation but somewhat different:

- The Soviet Union occupies East Germany like OTL but with Coburg from OTL Bavaria and the entirety of Berlin. Königsberg goes to Russia but is a bit bigger(and for the sake of borders it has no straight border with Poland),East Germany owns a bit more land in the East than our IOTL. The country that should come out of the occupation zone should be Saxony-Elbia(or just Elbia) mostly protestant. Ethnic cleansing as OTL but probably not as harsh.

-The UK occupies Lower Saxony, Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen, Lübeck. South Slesvig would go to Denmark and East Friesland and some land neighbouring the Netherlands would go to them. The country that should exit out of this would be the Lower Saxon Federation, mostly Protestant. Ethnic cleansing is not perpetrated on the population outside of war criminals.

-France occupies a lot of land: Baden, Württemberg, Bavarian Swabia and Franconia that would be united under country(no name was found yet), religious mixed.

-Rhineland-Westphalia-Essen(probably just called Rhinish Republic) is divided between the UK and France. Palatinate, south Rhineland(Saarland too) and south Essen goes to France and the rest to the UK. The Ruhr zone is occupied and used to pay reparations for years.

-The USA occupies Upper Bavaria(what remains of old Bavaria) and the entirety of Austria. The 2 countries are united under a federation(Austro-Bavarian federation or Austrobavaria for short, not sure what the German name would be). Vienna is not partitioned.

So the question is, is this scenario possible? Would Denmark accept Southern Slesvig? Also could Voralberg go to Switzerland through a plebiscite? Would the Swiss accept it? What would happen later in the Cold War? Would those countries survive and live independent or would those later unite or even balkanize more?
