What if for some reason, a heavily isolated government keeps FDR from signing Lend Lease, and keeping completely out of the war in General.
I still have no POD for this, but lets say that in the Mid 1930's, in a Congressional Election a more Isolated Congress takes hold.
Now to 1940, Lend Lease isn't signed, American Planes and Munitions, as well as American Escorts to English Convoys never occur, would England be able to stand with no Allies, even the remotest.
In 1941, the Germans invaded Russia, and with Lend Lease gone, American trucks vital to the Soviet Deployment are never used, thus the Soviet supply lines are as weak, if not weaker than the Germans.
