WI: Abdul Hamid II assassinated in 1905

IOTL, there was an attempt on ottoman sultan Abdul Hamid II in 1905, put forth by armenian terrorists. The bomb that was thrown managed to kill 26 of Abdul's servants and acquaintances, but not Abdul himself.
But what if the sultan had been killed that day?
What are the ramifications stemming from an earlier-reigning Mehmed V?
Would the Young Turk revolution still happen?a

Sadly, the Armenians are likely to suffer savage attacks. While hated in the west Abdul Hamid he had many supporters at home. Mehmed would be taking the throne with real power not the figurehead status he took after the Young Turk revolt. the powers would be much more willing to deal with him than Abdul We could see a much stronger Ottoman Empire emerge. Does he rebuild the fleet? Does he fight the Italians in 1911? If the answer to the first is yes and the second no, then the Balkan wars are butterflied

If WWI still happens, he i likely to avoid World War I which he opposed OTL
