he was accused in turns of having committed treason, of a conspiracy to steal Louisiana Purchase lands away from the United States and crown himself a King or Emperor, or of an attempt to declare an illegal war against Spanish possessions in Mexico. He did go so far as to form his own regiment of at least 200 men.

WI he suceeds?

Some people may dispute me on this but it's a proven fact. Aaron Burr was
tried for treason because one of the conspirators, a soldier involved in the
plot, was a witness against him because he wanted to form his own empire in the west and if he'd succeeded, then the country would be very different.

Louisiana Purchase

You know, the treaty establishing the louisiana purchase was almost voted down by congress (literally two votes shy). I can see Aaron Burr getting up to all kinds of strange shenanigans in a timeline where the treaty fails to be ratified. Maybe he makes Napolean a counter offer and becomes the biggest private landerowner in the history of the world.

That would go a long way if he can keep that huge amount of land, imagine the resources from that area that his descendants can claim in the independent whatever of burr-land.

The name....

Did Burr ever have a name for this hypothetical country of his? I've seen one alt history calling it Glorianna, but can't find any info to back that up as more than just the author's imagination.

We don't know because even before his western adventure with Wilkerson, Burr was very, very meticulous about not writing anything down he could remember and destroying anything written the moment he no longer needed it. He is the only one of the founders who never kept a journal.

Assuming purely for the sake of argument that some of the accusations against him had some truth to them...the very best Burr can hope for is a figurehead position while Wilkerson actually runs things. An unmarked grave is more likely; Burr is the sort of refined sociopath who really doesn't get on well with soldiers, which is one of the arguments in favor of his innocence: there is no earthly reason why Wilkerson and his soldiers should have roped Burr into such a scheme, he added nothing to it.
