WI A World Without William Wilburforce

On one hand I'm not much for puritanical, holier-than-thou types, but there is no getting around the fact that William Wilburforce was a one-man-force of ethical enforcement, and the leading creator of the whole Victorian Age Christian Enlightenment thingee (and creating the RSPCA).

So ... , given his life-long battle with poor health, what would a world without William Wilburforce be like?

Samuel Wilberforce was his third son, without him Thomas Huxley would have debated someone else (if the situation still existed), and he might not get the same slam dunk as OTL (or alternatively a bigger one). If that happens evolution might lose a lot of its early momentum. It would still become popular eventually (at least in most of the scientific community, not necessarily among the wider public) but this could be a big butterfly.
I don't know that much about William Wilberforce so I can't help with direct butterflies.
