Considering a scenario of the most, closest to ASB, victorious Nazi Germany in WWII, could the Nazis deport most of the French population, who would have refused to accept Germanization or living under Nazi rule, to Algeria (maybe not a forced deportation, just triggering exile of the anti-Nazi French)?

As Algeria had a population of 7,5 to 8 million by the 1940s, the arrival of several million of Catholic French could have reverted the demographic profile of the country, from a Muslim Arab one to a mixed European-Arabic one where the Catholic even outnumbered Muslim, making it a real 'Second France' in Northern Africa, while the original France would have been quite Germanized.
