WI: A Grand European Civil War fought sometime between 1908 and 1914

What if the United Kingdom, Germany and Russia had all had civil wars at the same time, between 1908 and 1910?
The cause of the conflict in each of the three countries is outline below:
United Kingdom: The People's Budget and House of Lords crisis is worse than OTL with the King firmly on the side of the House of Lords. The left leaning majority in the House of Commons (comprising Liberals, Labour & Irish Nationalists) declare a British Republic and their intent to enact Irish Home Rule which the Tories, House of Lords and King refuse to recognize. A Liberal vs Tory Civil War thus ensues.
Germany: After the 1912 election, the left leaning majority in the Reichstag (consisting of the SPD, Centre Party and FVP) immediately demand having ministers be elected by the Reichstag and an equal franchise in Prussia etc. An agreement fails to be made and the Reichstag declares a Republic and the abolition of aristocracy etc and are inspired by developments in Britain. A civil war ensues.
Russia: You guessed it - Democracy vs Autocracy, the People against the Tsar.

In short, what do you think the consequences would be of this?

All of the scenarios are unlikely, except for perhaps Russia, which providing the right conditions could happen. The King would never have supported the House of Lords over the commons to the point where a civil war would be possible, why would he choose to inteverne their and not in the past, Britain was probably one of the most politically stable and successful regions in the world at the time, and whilst problems did occasionally rise up, they were mostly sorted out. Their were scandals occasionally, but never anything that could leas to a civil war. The only civil war that could be fought would probably be over Ireland, but before ww1, any such rebellion would have been crushed by the British. If their was a civil war that you describe above the world would be in chaos, let alone if their were also wars in Germany and Russia. I don't about Germany- does anybody know how popular the socialists party's were before ww1? As for what would happen- France, the Ottamans and Austro-Hungary would be the most stable countries in Europe which is saying something.

I don’t know sufficient about Germany and Russia to comment either way.

Your proposal for the UK is, to put it mildly, unlikely. A constitutional problem might well lead to a constitutional crisis. Asquith is PM, with Lloyd George as Chancellor of the Exchequer. Asquith had stated a simple solution to the problem of the Lords disputing the will of the Commons, and that was to appoint sufficient new Lords to ensure that the Lords would return the correct vote. By selling the peerages, a tidy sum could be obtained.

The Curragh Mutiny, such as it was, over Irish Home Rule, and basically consisted of cavalry officers resigning their commissions rather than obey orders. That hardly is sufficient to lead to civil war.

The concept of the House of Commons declaring a Republic is implausible. Flood the Lords with a host of Yes-Men (Yes-Lords?), and then the King has little choice but to go along with the expressed will of both Houses. If he declines, then the option of abdication comes up. George V was given a similar demand by Asquith in 1910, and accepted Asquith’s demands. In 1914, he gave his assent to the Home Rule Bill, and every indication is that when push came to shove between Asquith and George V, George V backed down. Unsurprisingly, as decision making power resided in parliament and not with the monarch.
