Why should I?

This is clearly a question about it and the extra information I have given out can help quite a bit

we don't want anybody kicked do we?

anyways, it would also take a gazillion resources to build a dam 100 miles long.

this stuff down here:

well, the rhine transports 2200 cubic meters a second so that would be

132.000 a minute
7.920.000 a hour
190.080.000 a day
5.892.480.000 a month
17.677.440.000 - 23.569.920.000 cubic meters for that period. wich would max at 17.677.440.000.000 to 23.569.920.000.000 liters

so about 17.5 to 23.5 trillion(for canada)/billion (for europe) liters.

that is more 17.5 to 23.5 more liters then there are in the andromeda galaxy

that is 5 to 6.7 litres of water for every fish in existence

France controlling Southern Germany, builds the largest dam in the world, commits the largest single warcrime ever, and it's all part of the plan.

When is the PoD in this scenario, if I may ask?

1450 or something like that apparently. And totally ASB. The crimes against butterflies are horrifying. :(

Like borders created OTL after the Napoleonic wars showing up in the 1700s!

That is mostly for my convenience so I can find accurate population data from populastat.

Although by now they would probably not be accurate but it gives a good base.
